Service animals will be considered in compliance with federal and state laws. 8. Smoking Policy This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking is STRICTLY prohibited inside the condo or within the building premises and will be enforced with fines. 9. Maintenance & Upkeep Tenant(s) are responsible for basic upkeep, including cleanliness and notifying the landlord promptly about any necessary repairs.
